Commune Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Commune platform (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform.
1. Definitions
- "Account" means your user account for the Platform.
- "Content" means any information, data, text, graphics, images, videos, audio files, or other materials uploaded, posted, or otherwise submitted to the Platform by you or other users.

- "Platform" means the website(s), mobile application(s), and other online services provided by Commune.
- "Service" means the services offered by Commune through the Platform, including the ability to analyze qualitative data and generate AI-powered reports.
- "User" means any person or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
- "You" means the individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
You may only use the Platform for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to:
- Use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or any server or network connected to the Platform.
- Interfere with any other user's use of the Platform.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or any related systems or networks.
- Use the Platform to upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Collect or store personal information about other users without their consent.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
3. User Content
You are solely responsible for the Content you upload, post, or otherwise submit to the Platform. You grant Commune a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your Content on the Platform and in connection with Commune's marketing and promotional activities.
You represent and warrant that you own all rights to your Content or that you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use and distribute your Content as permitted under these Terms of Service.
Commune reserves the right, but is not obligated, to remove or modify any Content that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be in violation of these Terms of Service or otherwise harmful or objectionable.
4. Feedback
Any Feedback you provide to Commune will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Commune may use Feedback for any purpose, without obligation to you.
5. Intellectual Property
The Platform and all content and materials available on the Platform, including the Commune name, logos, and trademarks, are protected by intellectual property rights. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the Platform's content or materials without Commune's prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY COMMUNE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. COMMUNE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. COMMUNE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR USING THE PLATFORM.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL COMMUNE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF COMMUNE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Commune, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms of Service.
9. Termination
Commune may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Commune regarding your use of the Platform. These Terms of Service supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
14. Changes to Terms of Service
Commune may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on the Platform. We encourage you to review these Terms of Service regularly for any changes.
